When a client needs us to handle a task with a well defined scope that cannot be broken down into smaller sections over time, we suggest using this model. We estimate the whole cost ahead of time by figuring out precisely what resources are required for the job.
For one-time consultations with a well-defined scope, we provide an upfront estimate of the fixed cost. The model may be used for tasks like app and infrastructure security advice, risk mitigation planning for cloud migration, architecture design, tech stack selection, and feasibility studies.

- Changes to the application and infrastructure that have a specified scope include installing new app features with a defined scope, setting up a small network, and switching to a new firewall.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the work, the cost is determined by the number of hours our specialists spend working on the assigned tasks; the client only pays for the actual work that is done.
In order to protect the client from unforeseen costs, we also set a maximum number of hours that Twingigs is able to bill for.
